This is a rare classic American parlor guitar from the 1960s. It is made of maple plywood with a solid poplar neck. There are few signs of it being played, and it likely spent most of its life as a closet guitar. I believe it was never properly set up at the factory. It needed a neck reset, a re-fret, and a new bone nut. It has ladder bracing and a floating bridge, which gives it a mellow tone with a full range of low, mid, and high notes. Despite having a wide nut (47mm) and a chunky neck (25mm at the first fret), it has low action and is easy to play. The bridge, tuners, and finish are all original to the guitar.
